About Chardel

Chardel Ehrhardt started her now booming jewelry business, Char-de-Lis, back in 2012. Chardel, a native of Louisiana, balances being a mom, a wife, and a full-time working woman with her entreprenuer efforts, and her efforts have paid off. Chardel attributes her success thus far to word-of-mouth and clients who model her jewelry. She says her best models are her sports mom clients who model her creations at Johns Creek High School football games, where both of her sons play football and attend school.

Chardel has had quite a bit of inspiration from family members when it comes to creating jewelry. Both her mother and sister-in-law are jewelry artists, and when she was younger she was always helping her mother design her next collection of pieces.  She is known for signature pieces such as her sports jewelry, pearl on leather jewelry, and beaded necklaces with personalizable name disks. Chardel says that aside from allowing her a creative outlet, her jewelry business also provides her with a way to give back to the community. She has held trunk shows to help raise money for ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and to benefit schools.

“Follow your talent, interest and passion as far as possible. The greatest gift is putting a smile on someone’s face with something you’ve created.” -- Chardel Ehrhardt, Owner.
